ORDERS
You can place an order for Demetraverse products in the following ways:
-Create an account on this website by registering the required details and creating a password that will be associated with the corresponding username.
–Complete and submit your order online through your account.
–Your order will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.
SHIPPING
Shipping to Italy is included in the price. Within Europe: shipping is €20.00.
Shipping takes approximately 10-15 business days to Italy and the islands. Orders within the European Union typically ship within 20-25 business days.
Shipments may be delayed due to customs procedures as customs duties may need to be paid before shipment is successful in some countries outside the European Union.
You must declare the total value of the goods (excluding shipping costs) for all packages shipped to countries outside the European Union. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code to the email address associated with your order.
Track your shipment using your tracking number. If you don't receive a tracking number, please contact us.
Shipments may be subject to import taxes and fees that are imposed once the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them in any way.
DELAYED DELIVERY
If you do not receive your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service at customer@demetraverse.com
MODIFYING AN ORDER
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change an order that has already been processed. By law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery. Please email us your cancellation request at customer@demetraverse.com and return the products in their original condition, unopened or unused.
RETURNS
It's very important to us that you're completely satisfied with your order. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service team at customer@demetraverse.com Please include your order number and the problem, and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
If the product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns only if the item has not been opened and/or used. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods and inspection. Send an email to customer@demetraverse.com indicating the order number.
